1. Return Eligibility

You may return most items purchased from Purrblissful within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The return window starts on the delivery date confirmed by our shipping carrier.

1.2 Condition of Returns

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • In original condition

  • Unused and in original packaging

  • Free of damage, wear, or signs of use

  • Returned with all parts, accessories, and documentation

1.3 Non-Returnable Items

To ensure hygiene and customer safety, the following cannot be returned:

  • Pet grooming kits and personal care products

  • Any item that has been used or shows signs of use


2. Return Process

2.1 Initiating a Return

To start your return:

  1. Log into your Purrblissful account.

  2. Navigate to your order history and select the item you wish to return.

  3. Follow the steps to generate a return label.

2.2 Packaging Your Return

  • Use the original packaging, if available.

  • If not, choose a sturdy box with proper padding.

  • Include all accessories and paperwork.

  • Attach the return label to the outside of the package.

2.3 Shipping Your Return

Drop off the package at any FedEx location. We cover return shipping for eligible, unused items. See our Shipping Policy for details.


3. Refunds

3.1 Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be processed to the original payment method. We’ll send a confirmation email once it’s complete.

3.2 Refund Timeframe

  • Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the return.

  • It may take an additional 5–10 business days for your bank to reflect the funds.

3.3 Full Refunds

Full refunds include:

  • Full purchase price

  • Any applicable taxes
    We do not charge restocking fees.

3.4 Partial Refunds

We may issue a partial refund if:

  • The item shows signs of use or damage

  • Parts or accessories are missing


4. Exchanges

Need a different size or style? Return the original item and place a new order for the item you want.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item is damaged or defective within 30 days:

  • Contact our support team through the Contact Us page

  • We’ll send a prepaid return label

  • You may choose a replacement or a full refund


6. Warranty Information

We offer a limited 30-day warranty from the purchase date for manufacturer defects. We will repair or replace the item at no cost. Damage caused by misuse is not covered.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t arrived:

  1. Check your bank statement.

  2. Contact your bank or card issuer (processing may take time).

  3. Still waiting? Reach out to our support team.


8. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

  • You’ll receive a gift credit for the return value.

  • The gift giver won’t be notified.


9. Exceptions & Special Circumstances

  • Bulk Orders (5+ of the same item): Contact us before returning.

  • Customized Items: Non-returnable unless defective.

  • Promotional Items/Bundles: May have unique return conditions.
